Been at this physical therapy for a month, today's visit is at 7:45 which is pretty early to drag out 20 some odd miles for a grueling deep tissue session.
I can do this.
I remember when I first started dragging out in 2008 when everything was still really really bad and it was all I could do to just drive my car a few miles to keep getting help. Every day I said I can do this.
