timelines

I haven't been sure about this, but I think I'm repeating a dream about a logistic problem with another timeline that was left open, like a backup or failsafe. It's really different from this one, but it's still workable. In the dream I keep feeling surprised every time I run into another door to another bedroom I have even though I already have a bedroom, and the floor space crossing to that bedroom is shared by another family or set of roommates, so there are at least 2 shared doors that get left ajar by people I never see.

In those dreams there are usually maps and cross country traveling, something about returning someone to their home after a visit. This has happened at least 3 times in dreams that I can remember, maybe 4, and each time the maps and locations on the maps are different, sometimes even opposite directions. On one of the maps, Canada didn't exist as we know it. On another, the west coast was much like the east coast and the weather was crazy. On another the cities were really different. One thing that is the same on all the maps that I can tell is one particular 'college town' where the buildings still all have the same layout except sometimes the streets and a few buildings around them are a little different. When I get into remembering the dreams around that campus area, that's actually shown up in quite a few dreams aside from the door ajar dreams. Sometimes the campus is much bigger, sometimes smaller and more countryish.

In all the dreams I must solve a problem before the map or campus changes.

I was talking to another person this week who thinks we've been on the same time team for a long time. She's also got 'memories' bleeding through, and between us there are loads of synching up what we think is going on.

I keep going back to this thought- THIS is the right timeline. THIS is the one they keep working on and fine tuning now. THIS is the one that will make it to the end of the solving. The other person thinks there may be a blip and we might go through another timeline reset. I know we're both very tired of it. I run into occasional accounts on twit or truth that say they want to sleep now, they're so tired. I know how that feels. The hardest timeline is turning out the be the one that works the best.

In much older dreams that I don't seem to have any more, there were 2 types. One type had a sort of split level existence with a dual timeline that people could cross freely, but not everyone knew the door codes, and quite a few people stayed ignorant on the lower tier. The other type was much more rigid, where sweeping change would overtake everything if windows and doors were left open, and it got so bad in some of the dreams that I would be killed over and over, until I got very proactive and started looking for and securing any available entrances before that could happen. For some reason I remember Spanish tile roofs were predominant in some of those dreams.

If you are interested in some of the dreams I've written out, here you go.

That is only a handful. You can do internal blog searches for 'dreams' across my other blogs listed in the right side column. There are many, many dreams, and I barely write even a fraction of them down.

I think a lot of us are capable of seeing the other timelines but we may not have been introduced to the sorts of ideas that help us verbalize what we're remembering, so we dismiss them as 'just' dreams. It's probably more difficult if you are a heavy drinker or drug user, on loads of meds for reasons, or are naturally a very heavy sleeper. I have a pretty severe sleep disorder (alpha/delta) that crashes me awake nearly every night most of my life, and I have seen some amazing things in dreams that are inexplicable when one sticks to merely psychologically analyzing them. My dreams have no business even existing. They either mean I am the biggest genius on the planet to invent so much of this stuff, or I really am seeing, experiencing, and remembering alt timelines.

You can do this, too. I'm pretty sure we all can. Yes, not everything is an alt timeline. Yes, some of it is psychological processing. Yes, dreams are how we decompress and organize information. Yes, sometimes it's just frivolous playback of things we've seen on TV or worried about when we're awake. Yes, sometimes it's 'just a dream'. But sometimes it's not.

Write your dreams down. See what emerges over time.
